CA Pankaj Karnawat, B.Com. (Hons.), FCA

Mr. Pankaj Karnawat qualified as a Chartered Accountant and joined Reliance Industries Ltd. as Assistant Manager (Commercial). During his tenure there of 3 & ½ Years, he handled various matters related to Central Excise & Customs and other commercial taxes. After resigning from there in October 2001, he started PKMG Group in 2001. He is having a vast experience of over 2 decades in the area of Taxation & Company related matters. He is nominated Regional Advisory Committee (RAC) member of Central Excise & Custom, Surat-I. He is also member of Direct Tax Advisory Committee, Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Surat Zone.

CA Mahavir Gokharu, B.Com, FCA

After becoming Chartered accountant in 2002, he joined PKMG in 2004 as partner. He looks after the Audit and Assurance Department in PKMG. He brings in the expertise and in-depth knowledge acquired by him during the past over 2 decades.

His great understanding and analysis of financials with the risk based approach helps PKMG provide quality service to its clients. He believes in nurturing a knowledge base that enables PKMG to deliver premium values.

CA. Roshan Bhootra, B.Com, ACA

After becoming a Chartered Accountant, he joined HDFC Bank, Regional Head Office in Mumbai and worked as a Relationship Manager handling 17 branches in a chain. After getting very good exposure from HDFC, he joined PKMG and looks after the internal aspects of various groups, statutory audits and GST.

CA. Piyush Bhanshali

Mr Piyush Bhansali is Financial Consultant and a practicing Chartered Accountant, possessing post qualification experience of nearly 25 years in the field of Finance and Accounts, Banking, MIS, Budgeting, Costing, Auditing, Tax and Regulatory Services etc. During his professional career he has worked on various assignments in the field of Finance, Auditing & Taxation, Acting as Resolution Professional, Acting as voluntary Liquidator u/s 59 of the IBC, liquidator, acting as advisor to Corporate Debtor under financial stress and effect a turnaround under IBC.

CA. Rishabh Dhanesha, B.Com, ACA

Mr. Rishabh Dhanesha has an experience of more than 5 years in Banking & finance Sector. He had worked with HDFC bank/ Reliance Capital & Edelweiss Finance and brings his rich industry exposure and experience within the PKMG fold for delivering enriching results.

Ritu Lodha, B.Com, ACA

Ritu's association with the firm and the profession is more than a decade. She has been instrumental in guiding the team and fortifying the firm structure with her astute planning and acumen. She is a vital member of the Audit team.
